BSJ/EVENT/CONDITIONS

We’re happy to host your event at BSJ under the following conditions:

• Depending on the number of guests you are expecting we will recommend to close and privatize BSJ just for you. 

• The remuneration for private events at BSJ is based on a minimum consumption. There are no extra fees for rent of room or cleaning. Depending on the weekday of your event and the number of guests we will calculate the minimum consumption for you.

• On the actual consumption amount (= value of drinks consumed in EUR) we will always add 10% mandatory tipp for the team working. This will be included in your invoice.

• Your guests can order drinks from our standard menu at standard prices (see menu). Or you can chose some of the drinks from our standard menu to offer a shorter list. Our staff will note down every order in our cashier system. 

• Should your guests consume less than the agreed minimum consumption, we will still invoice the agreed amount. Should they consume more, we will invoice more. If you like you can give us a maximum amount at the beginning of the evening and we will let you know when this amount has been reached. Guests can then either pay themselves, you add more budget or we stop serving. 

• BSJ will be available for you and your guests at the agreed day from 19h00 to 02h00 or other times if needed and agreed.

• The final amount has to be paid by credit card (we do not accept cash!) at the end of the event. If needed, we will send you a separate  invoice via email the next day. Please let us know the exact company info you need on the invoice, plus any additional info like PO number, etc. 

• In order to confirm a booking, we request 50% of the agreed minimum consumption upfront per bank transfer. 

• If a confirmed event gets cancelled, we keep the 50%. If it is cancelled less than 48h before it should have started, we invoice 100% of the agreed amount, as we communicated already that BSJ will be closed for our regular guests that evening. 

• Catering, decoration, etc. is generally possible. But we do not offer these services. Please let us know what you have arranged so we can plan accordingly.
